31st December – Hogmanay

• Start the day with a hearty Scottish breakfast, followed by a light cold buffet lunch.
• In the afternoon, enjoy tea, coffee, and cakes.
• Sip on a glass of Champagne with canapés before the Gala Hogmanay dinner.
• Dance the night away with The Coutts Ceilidh Band, and welcome in the new year with a local piper.
• Cap off the celebration with a warm serving of hot Stovies.

1st January 2026 – New Year’s Day

• Begin the New Year with a brunch accompanied by a glass of bucks fizz.
• In the afternoon, enjoy a light finger buffet with tea and treats.
• Sip on a ‘New Year’s Surprise’ drink before savouring the Scottish Grand Carvery featuring local roasts.
• The evening will be traditional Scottish music and dance with Andrew Knight and the band.

2nd January – Depart

• Depart after a full Scottish breakfast, taking fond memories of your New Years celebration in Perth with you.
